Terms & Conditions
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Digital Hourz website and to the services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. Each project also has its own written proposal or agreement; where the two differ, the project agreement takes priority.
1. Our services
Digital Hourz builds websites, provides local SEO, sets up AI receptionists, and develops custom AI-powered CRMs for businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or quote that you accept before work begins.
2. Quotes and payment
- Because every business is different, we price each project individually. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they state otherwise.
- One-time projects may require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due on completion, as stated in your quote.
- Monthly services such as local SEO and the AI receptionist are billed in advance each month and continue until cancelled.
- Invoices are due within the period shown on them. We may pause work or services while a payment is overdue.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly service at any time with 30 days' written notice; the service runs until the end of the paid period. For one-time projects, work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable, and deposits cover work already started.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback so we can deliver on schedule.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or data you give us.
- Use the systems we build lawfully, including the rules on messaging and contacting customers in your country.
5. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website content and designs created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your delivered project. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
6. AI features
Our AI receptionists and AI CRMs use third-party AI models. AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected replies, so you remain responsible for reviewing the information it gives your customers, such as prices, availability and medical or legal details. The demos on this website are for illustration only.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, domain registrars, WhatsApp, email providers and AI models. Their availability and pricing are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Website previews
We sometimes create a concept website for a business to show what we could build. These previews are unofficial sales mock-ups made by Digital Hourz, are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown, and are removed on request.
9. Lead Finder
- Lead lists are built from publicly available business information: public business listings and each business's own website. We check websites and email addresses with care, but we can't guarantee that every address will accept mail or that any lead will reply or buy.
- Orders start once paid. If we deliver fewer leads than you ordered, we refund the difference.
- Personalised emails are drafts written for you. You are responsible for reviewing them and for how and whether you send them.
- You agree to use the leads only for business-to-business outreach about relevant products or services, and to follow the laws where you and your recipients are, including CAN-SPAM in the US: a valid postal address and a working opt-out in every email, and stopping when someone asks. We don't currently supply leads in the EU or UK.
- You won't resell the leads as a list or use them for spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
10. Limitation of liability
We work with care, but the website and services are provided without any guarantee of specific results, such as search rankings, number of enquiries or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project.
